Speaker BI'll play with the names of who's going to be in there talking for me.
Speaker BAnd I, you know, I keep them and put them in a file so that I can change it up every week or every couple weeks to give you somebody different.
Speaker BSo.
Speaker BSo if you like that, I want you to go over to 11 labs, IO, that's E L E V E N L A B S IO and look at them.

Speaker BI'm not here to whine and cry about the costs.
Speaker BThis is my job, my hobby.
Speaker BMy costs are my costs.
Speaker BYeah, but it would be nice if I had a little help offsetting that.
Speaker BI really think it would be because it's not cheap, but it ain't.
Speaker BIt's not breaking my bank, folks.
Speaker BSo don't feel.
Speaker BOh, woe is for Dave.
Speaker BWoe is he.
Speaker BThat's not what I'm saying, but anyways.
Speaker BSo how have you been Here?
Speaker BI'll wait.
Speaker BOkay.
Speaker BDid you say it?
Speaker BI didn't hear it.
Speaker BYou know how I can hear it.
Speaker BI want you to go to my website, the number five.
Speaker BIt's five minutes of gray hair, dave.com.
Speaker Bgo to the contact me page.
Speaker BGo to that little microphone, the bottom right hand corner.
Speaker BLeave me a message.
Speaker BYes, you do have to put in a email address.
Speaker BI don't get.
Speaker BI don't sell email addresses, so you're perfectly safe leaving it with me.
Speaker BSelfish about that.
Speaker BSo here's some news.
Speaker BA friend of mine, her and I have been sitting together for a couple of months doing light duty together.
Speaker BShe's been pregnant and I've got my foot issue.
Speaker BWell, this weekend she had her baby.
Speaker BAnd he's a beautiful little thing, you know, he sent me a couple of pictures today of him all cuddled up in his blanket and his little cute little stocking cap and he is adorable as can be, folks.
Speaker BAnd if you have ever seen a two or three day old baby, they're all cute as can be.
Speaker BBut this one is, is hers and her husband's and I am positive that they are ecstatic about this.
Speaker BHe is in the presence of good parents to be.
Speaker BHow do I know this?
Speaker BI know her and she talks about her husband a lot, so I think that this is great.
Speaker BI'm happy as can be for her, her husband and for the new baby and her mother who came in.
Speaker BI'm sorry.
Speaker BYeah, her mother came in, flew in from out of state to be with her, to help her with this, help her get going.
Speaker BAnd I think that that's fantastic.
Speaker BAnd never having been blessed to have children in my life of my own, I have to preface that of my own.
Speaker BI don't know this experience but boy, I could just tell from how she was talking about it that she was ecstatic as can be.
Speaker BSo good luck to you and your husband, sweetie, and you know who you are.
Speaker BI'm not gonna gonna say your name here on the podcast because I don't need your name out there if you don't want it to be.
Speaker BSo there's that.
Speaker BSo yes, congratulations.
Speaker BAnd there is a newborn child in this world.
Speaker BAnd folks, I hope that, and I pray that things get better in this world, that he has a better place to be than his parents do or I do.
Speaker BI'm not saying this is a bad place, but there's always tensions going on and maybe by the time he gets to be that, that age where it really starts to affect him, most of these things that are going on in the world will not be as affected, effective or as prominent.
Speaker BSo it doesn't affect him.
Speaker BThat's what I wish for him and pray for him and for all the children, my nieces and nephews, they.
Speaker BI want them to grow up in a world where it's fun to be around, not you've got to worry about everything you say, every place you go and all that kind of hoo ha.
Speaker BOkay, that's enough about that.
Speaker BSo what else is going on in this wonderful world of ours?
Speaker BI don't know.
Speaker BBesides it being fall.
Speaker BThe one thing I'll tell you what I miss, folks, this is going, it's going to start being that beautiful time of year up north in America and I'm sure all over the world when it turns fall, you have the colors change on the trees, which is part of the cycle.
Speaker BYou know, they, they turn colors and they Fall off and, you know, then you rake them up and then the trees are bare for winter, going down a little bit of a hibernation stage.
Speaker BAnd then you come alive in spring and start to bud.
Speaker BAnd then you get green leaves or whatever color leaves you're supposed to have.
Speaker BI miss the changing of the colors in the plant life as well as the trees.
Speaker BWhen I lived up in Michigan, having been there recently and being a little nostalgic right now about.
Speaker BAbout home, I miss that part.
Speaker BThat's something that I do miss about living up north.
Speaker BYou get changing of colors down here in the fall, but it's.
Speaker BIt's not like up north where it's like fantastically beautiful.
Speaker BAnd there's better words than that.
Speaker BAnd I'm sorry, there are better words than that, but I can't think of one right now.
Speaker BBut it's just majestically beautiful.
Speaker BThere we go.
Speaker BI like that one.
Speaker BMajestically beautiful.
Speaker BHow about that?
Speaker BYou know, that's not bad.
Speaker BMajestically beautiful.
Speaker BThe colors and colors are one thing, folks.
Speaker BDon't get me wrong.
Speaker BThere's a lot of other things about fall that I love.
Speaker BUp north.
Speaker BCollege football, that is a great time of year to be up there.
Speaker BAnd high school football, because you can go to the football games at your local high school, you know, during the fall and watch the high school.
Speaker BYou can do that down in Florida, don't get me wrong.
Speaker BBut up north, it's a little more.
Speaker BHow do I say this?
Speaker BIt's a community thing.
Speaker BYes.
Speaker BSome of these high schools down here in the surrounding community, but like, I'm not going to go back to Kissimmee to go watch the Cowboys play because that's the name of the, the Osceola High School football team, the Cowboys.
Speaker BI'm pretty sure about that.
Speaker BI'll have to double check that.
Speaker BBut where I might go back home.
Speaker BIf you were back home, it's easier to go over to Memorial Stadium at Port Huron High School and watch, you know, Port Huron High School play or to run over to Northern High School and, and watch their football team play on a Friday night.
Speaker BYou know, it's.
Speaker BIt's a Friday night.
Speaker BIt's something to go do.
Speaker BRight?
Speaker BIt's.
Speaker BIt's a community thing.
Speaker BSo there's that part of community I miss.
Speaker BBut that's so much fun up north.
Speaker BAnd if you live up north, lucky for you, I mean, you get, you get these rivalries too, with football and the high schools up north.
Speaker BIt's just fun as can be.
Speaker BSo there's that.
Speaker BThere's another thing that you can't get away from up north when it comes to fall.
Speaker BAnd that's the smell.
Speaker BNow you would think.
Speaker BOkay, okay, Dave.
Speaker BYeah, there's a smell.
Speaker BThere is when the leaves change and sometimes they have, they allow burning of these leaves.
Speaker BSome cities do, some cities don't.
Speaker BBut it's not just the burning of these.
Speaker BThere's just a freshness and a different scent in the air when it comes to fall.
Speaker BAnd, and I love that.
Speaker BIt's just also like when winter hits and you get that first snow and you walk outside and yes, it's cold and you breathe in and you're breathing in fresh, clean air.
Speaker BWell, fall is giving you a different kind of clean air.
Speaker BIt may not be as clean as you think, but it's still fresh and it's still very, very pleasant to the nose.
Speaker BAnd it brings back fond memories of times of, of, of your past, you know, your childhood, whatever.
Speaker BSo those are the things that, that I mess up north with fall.
Speaker BAnd both my brothers who live back up there are, are getting to the point in time of the year where they're going to start experiencing that.
Speaker BAnd I'm excited for them because I did, I, I did.
Speaker BAnd I do love watching fall come in.
Speaker BYou know, down here, if it gets below, I don't know, 70, I've got a sweatshirt and sweatpants on hanging around the house.
Speaker BOr if I go out to do something where up there you get to wear sweaters, jackets, coats.
Speaker BYeah, that, that may sound like a, a pain to those that live there all the time, but for those of us who have left, that'd be kind of fun.
Speaker BYou know, a friend of mine's son moved to Michigan a few years ago and he was born and raised in Florida.
Speaker BHe, he loves it there.
Speaker BHe, I remember is explaining to me the first time he saw snow, real snow in person, because you can, you can have snow down in Florida, it's take.
Speaker BBut up there it was real.
Speaker BAnd he's, he, he enjoys living there and he's happy.
Speaker BSo I'm happy for him.
Speaker BI think it's a great thing.
Speaker BYou know, fall, he's coming into that great time right now for at fall that he's, he needs to be outside and, and smelling and looking and, and doing all these things and experiencing all these things at Michigan and up north in the United States has to offer and I'm sure other countries have the same thing.
